How do I determine the correct frame size for my bike?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page. You should measure your height and inseam to find the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
What is your standard shipping timeframe for international orders?
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that customs processing in your country may occasionally extend this window. All shipments include a tracking number sent via email upon dispatch.
Can I return cycling apparel if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on apparel within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, padded chamois shorts must be tried on over clean undergarments.
What kind of warranty do you offer on carbon fiber components?
All Rouleur carbon components come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Do you offer professional assembly services for shipped bikes?
Our bikes arrive 85% assembled. While we provide the necessary tools and instructions for home assembly, we strongly recommend having your bike inspected or finished by a certified bicycle mechanic to ensure your safety and validate your warranty.
